Sites we build and run.
All of them live.
Everything on this page is a site we built and still operate, and every one of them is open for you to click. The first is nine working tools with not one photograph on it, because every tool does real arithmetic and gives you a number.
Built and maintained by the SiteRelay team. Open it and check anything on this page.
What is actually on it
Nine pages, each answering one question with a number rather than an article. All nine were live when this page was last checked.
- Working outside today. A daily fluid target for a hot shift.
- Marathon recovery. What to take in after a long run.
- Protein target. Your number, not a general guideline.
- Lifting protein. The same number, split per meal.
- Starting a GLP-1. The daily basics on week one.
- Keto electrolytes. Why you feel off and what fixes it.
- Sauna recovery. Replacing what you sweat out.
- Hot yoga recovery. Same idea, different session.
- A full day at the park. Twelve hours on your feet in the sun.
The rest of what we run
Five more of ours, all live right now. Different trades than yours, same standard: fast, honest, and built to be checked.
Why we are showing you a site with no pictures on it
Because the thing owners worry about most is the thing that matters least.
Almost every owner we talk to says the same thing when a website comes up. They have not got any good photos. They mean to take some. They have been meaning to for two years, and it is the reason there is still no site.
That site above has none at all and it still does its job, because what a visitor wants is an answer. They want to know what you do, whether you cover their street, what it costs, and whether you will pick up the phone at nine at night. A photograph does not tell them any of that.
We do want your photos, and we will ask for them. We will also find the ones already sitting on your old Facebook page, and we license proper imagery for the rest. But we will never put a stock picture of somebody else's van on your website and let it look like yours. If a photo on your site says it is your work, it is your work.
Not having photos is not a reason to put this off another year. It is the most common reason people do, and it is the wrong one.
Everything here is checkable
Open the site. Click the tools. That is the only kind of proof worth putting on a page.
You will not find traffic charts, conversion percentages or five-star quotes on this page. Anybody can type those. What you can do instead is use the thing.
